1. The Pulpwatch service
Pulpwatch is a service provided by Hawkins Wright Ltd.
A Pulpwatch subscription includes a copy of the printed edition delivered by airmail; a copy of the e-mail edition delivered to the subscriber's e-mail address and a password to the pulpwatch.com website.
2. Copyright
All parts of the Pulpwatch service are protected by international copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use this service in a way which does not infringe these rights. No part of this website, nor any part of the email edition or hardcopy edition of Pulpwatch may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, in whole or in part. No text, logo, graphic, sound or image may be copied or re-transmitted unless expressly permitted in writing by Hawkins Wright Ltd. (These prohibitions are without limitation to the legal rights of Hawkins Wright Ltd.)
You agree to download and use the e-mail edition on only one computer and that you will purchase additional user licenses, or a corporate subscription, if you wish to distribute the e-mail edition to others within your company or organisation. 3. Security and passwords
The pulpwatch.com website is confidential to subscribers. In order to sign in when you visit the site, you will need to use the user name and password which is issued to you when you start your subscription.
You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any other person, either within or outside your company or organisation. You must notify us immediately if you believe that your password is known to someone else or if it may be used in an unauthorised way.

We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms containing company and personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
